We are a determined group of concerned citizens in opposition to the replacement of the Henderson Pavilion by an Arena.

 The City of Henderson’s proposed plan and arena will have negative and long-lasting impacts on our community. 

We are deeply disturbed the City of Henderson’s lack of transparency with this issue.

 Given the economic disaster caused by the COVID-19 crisis, we are opposed to the City using any tax dollars and/or any bond funds to support the construction of this proposed arena.

We are asking the City to preserve tax dollars and bond money to support only the most essential projects and services.

The arena plan is not essential and should not be funded.

We are calling upon the City and its leaders to act responsibly--stop this plan immediately.
